Interim beta notice: this is not a complete commercial contract. Qualified India-specific counsel must finalize consumer, intermediary, grievance, takedown and liability provisions before a general commercial launch.
Marketplace role
BazaarBox Beta is a venue for people to discover and discuss local person-to-person sales. BazaarBox is not the seller of marketplace items and does not guarantee users, listings, item condition or transactions.
User responsibilities
Beta participants must create accurate listings, offer only lawful permitted items, communicate respectfully, protect their accounts and comply with applicable national, state and local laws.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsafe or regulated goods, circumvention of safety systems and misuse of personal information are prohibited.
Disputes and liability
Consumer, intermediary, grievance, takedown, dispute, limitation-of-liability and governing-law provisions still require counsel review before a general commercial launch.
